WAVIN TREPAK
Concentration in Europe: Bottle crate activities taken over from Peguform
Peguform GmbH (HQ: D-79264 Bötzingen), which belongs to Klöckner Werke AG, has sold its bottle crate division and will now concentrate on supplying parts and accessories to the European automobile industry. The bottle crate activities (PO Box 3461, D-37024 Göttingen) were transferred to Wavin Trepak BV (BP 5, NL-7770 AA Hardenberg) with effect as of 1 April 1997. Peguform announced that it had found in Wavin Trepak a "quality-conscious company which fulfils our requirements". Wavin Trepak is one of the leading bottle crate manufacturers in Europe and the largest producer in the Netherlands. At the end of last year it split from its parent company Wavin BV (PB 173, NL-8000 AD Zwolle). Wavin Trepack will retain Peguform's bottle crate distribution team in Göttingen.
