Peter Summo appointed president of polymers business
Peter Summo has been appointed as president of the polymers business at Wacker Chemie (Munich / Germany; www.wacker.com). Summo was previously head of the company's engineering silicones business. He also worked at speciality chemicals producer Akzo Nobel (Arnhem / The Netherlands; www.akzonobel.com) before joining Wacker in 2015. He succeeds Arno von der Eltz, who has retired.
