WACKER CHEMIE
New distributors for central and eastern Europe / Polymer and silicone products
As part of a reorganisation of its distribution network for silicone and polymer products in central and eastern Europe, Wacker Chemie (Munich / Germany; www.wacker.com) has extended its partnerships with IMCD (Rotterdam / The Netherlands; www.imcdgroup.com), Euro-Him-1 (Moscow / Russia; www.eurohim1.ru), HellermannTyton (Vienna / Austria; www.hellermanntyton.at), Radka (Pardubice / Czech Republic; www.radka.cz), Revada (Kiev / Ukraine) and Variachem (Budapest / Hungary; www.variachem.hu).

The companies will replace previous distribution partner Brenntag (Mülheim / Germany; www.brenntag.com) and will oversee the marketing of Wacker’s silicones and polymers in the region from 1 July 2014 onwards. The firms are already distributing some of Wacker’s portfolio.
