Oil-free TPE elastomer range for medical applications
Thermoplastic elastomer compound manufacturer VTC TPE Group (Middleton, Manchester / UK; www.vtctpe.com) has added a range of oil-free products to its “Mediprene” product line. The “Mediprene OF” series has been developed to meet demands for transparent TPE grades with a minimum of potential extractables and leachables. Hardnesses range from 40-90 Shore A and all grades can be sterilised with gamma, EtO (ethylene oxide) or steam. The Mediprene OF range will be featured on the company’s stand at the "ComPaMed" exhibition in Düsseldorf / Germany on 19-21 November.
