Serbian tape production plant to be opened / EUR 60m investment

Italian BOPP film and adhesive tape producer Vibac Group (Ticineto; www.vibac.com) is to open a EUR 60m tape production facility in Jagodina / Serbia at the end of this month. Delivery of acrylic adhesive tapes from the 60,000 m² plant will commence in September, followed by the implementation of lines for the impregnation, coating and cutting of masking tapes.

Vibac has four production units in Italy and Canada. It is presently implementing a modernisation programme at its BOPP production unit in Vigiano, southern Italy – see Plasteurope.com of 24.02.2015.
