Polyamide manufacturer renamed ATT Polymers
Following its acquisition of insolvent polyamide manufacturer Unylon Polymers (Guben / Germany; www.unylon-polymers.de), Zaklady Azotowe Tarnowie-Moscicach (ZAT, Tarnow / Poland; www.azoty.tarnow.pl) has renamed the company ATT Polymers (www.att-polymers.de). The new company will be headed by Krzysztof Pienkowski and Gerd Trommer. ATT Polymers’ backward integration into ZAT’s caprolactam production would allow both companies to fully exploit their potential, ZAT said.
