Polyolefins producer establishes Ukrainian distributor

Hungarian polyolefins producer Tiszai Vegyi Kombinat (TVK, Tiszaujváros; www.tvk.hu) has founded a marketing and distribution subsidiary, TVK Ukrajna in the Ukrainian capital of Kiev, to distribute polymers produced both by TVK and its Slovakian sister firm Slovnaft (Bratislava; www.slovnaft.sk). The Ukrainian market is of "strategic importance," TVK said.
