Natalia Scherbakoff appointed head of technology and innovation for thermoplastics and elastomers

Styrenics producer Trinseo (Berwyn, Pennsylvania / USA; www.trinseo.com) has appointed Natalia Scherbakoff as director of technology and Innovation of Performance Plastics. This is a newly created position at Trinseo and since 1 October 2018, Scherbakoff is located at Horgen / Switzerland, where she is responsible for advancing the development of the company's thermoplastics, elastomers and bio-based plastics.
Scherbakoff was most recently VP Research Innovation & Product Lines at automotive supplier Plastic Omnium. Prior to that, she was general manager of Owens Corning's Specialty Composites business unit.
