Tomra Sorting Recycling (Mülheim-Kärlich / Germany; www.tomra.com/recycling) has appointed Fabrizio Radice as global sales and marketing director. Radice took up the position in February 2017 and reports to Tom Eng, senior vice president and head of Tomra Sorting Recycling. He will lead the development and implementation of the short- and long-term sales and marketing strategy for Tomra's recycling business stream.
Radice has acquired international business development experience at the senior management level, including at Philips, Yageo, Flir and, most recently, Agilent.
Tomra operates in more than 50 global markets and offers sorting applications to separate fractions from waste, including plastics, metals and paper. For plastics recycling, Tomra Sorting has sorting solutions for applications covering many kinds of plastics combined with colour, such as transparent PP, white PP, blue PET, red HDPE or green LDPE film. According to the company, sorting outcomes deliver consistent results, with qualities of up to 99.99%.
