The T-Tap Revolver with attached tamper protection for flexible packaging in the beverage sector is designed to comply with the EU Single Use Plastics Directive 2019/904, effective from July 2024, requiring all beverages in plastic containers up to three liters to have caps and lids attached, the company said.

Its new product features a one-piece ring that is deactivated by a spin and stays attached. The tethered ring design acts as an improved opening indicator, the company said. It added that its T-Tap Revolver features a locking function that preserves the product.

Technologia JSC was founded in 1990 and supplies innovative and sustainable packaging solutions for the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and technical industries in 60 countries across the globe.
