Synventive Molding Solutions (´s-Gravendeel / The Netherlands; www.synventive.com) is to transfer its production activities from ´s-Gravendeel to Bensheim, Germany, after reaching agreement with the works council and trades union on a social plan for employees affected by the consolidation of the company´s European production. The manufacturer of hot runner systems and related components will continue to provide sales, engineering and research and development services from its ´s-Gravendeel facility. The company said it is simplifying its structure and focusing investment and manufacturing in one European location as a result of increasing demands on lead times, quality and service.
