Commencing IBC production in Poland / New plant near Katowice
Schütz (Selters / Germany; www.schuetz.net) is building a new plant specialised in the production and reconditioning of intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) in Zory, located about 35 km southwest of Katowice / Poland. The facility will boast a “top-notch” extrusion blow moulding plant, the company said, adding that the site is due to commence production in Q3 2015. The plant will cater to regional customers in the growing markets of the EU’s eastern member states, guaranteeing not only a higher degree of on-time delivery but also a more flexible service.
