Acquisition of US mould manufacturer Magor Mold / Global consolidation under MTG banner
Injection mould manufacturer Schöttli (Diessenhofen / Switzerland www.schoettli.com), part of Mould Technologies Group (MTG, Diessenhofen) has acquired Magor Mold (San Dimas, California / USA), which specialises in the development and manufacture of moulds for high output rate production, particularly for technical parts and functional elements made from engineering plastics for applications, including medical devices such as diagnostics systems, respirators and application systems.

The two companies are being brought together under the MTG umbrella along with sister company s-mouldtech (Suzhou / China; www.s-mouldtech.com), to allow customers worldwide to be provided with moulds from a more diversified portfolio from one single supplier.
