SCHOELLER WAVIN SYSTEMS
Integration into new company completed
Nineteen-ninety-nine saw the merger of three key producers of returnable plastics packaging and, as of 1 September 2000, Schoeller Plast, Wavin Trepak and Berolina have been operating under the joint name of Schoeller Wavin Systems (PO Box 176, NL-7770 AD Hardenberg). All the production and marketing companies connected with the new group are being renamed accordingly. A newly-designed logo, in the form of a sweeping ellipse, is intended to reflect the concept of the closed loop. The closed loop system is the underlying idea behind all the business activities of the merged group.
