German subsidiary renamed Röchling Industrial Xanten
Following Röchling Engineering Plastics' (Haren / Germany; www.roechling.com) acquisition of technical parts manufacturer Schwartz Technical Plastics (Xanten / Germany; www.schwartz-plastic.eu) at the end of 2018 – see Plasteurope.com of 29.11.2018 – the new member of the Röchling group has been named Röchling Industrial Xanten. A six-digit investment in machinery and equipment is also planned at the Xanten site in 2019.
A spokesperson told Plasteurope.com that it is group policy to integrate and expand acquired locations into the group. In the course of this, new jobs would be created.

The Xanten-based plastics processor specialises in cast polyamide parts. A staff of over 240 is employed at two production sites in Xanten and Nové Město na Moravě / Czech Republic, a sales and assembly office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania / USA and a machining plant in Shanghai / China.
