Krauss-Maffei and Berstorff set up joint venture
Under the name BKM, German machinery manufacturers Krauss-Maffei Kunststofftechnik (Munich / Germany; www.krauss-maffei.de) and Berstorff (Hanover / Germany; www.berstorff.com) are to establish a joint subsidiary in Russia. The company registered in Moscow will extend and improve the range of services offered in Russia and the neigh- bouring states, the companies say. Berstorff has been active in Russia and the CIS countries for more than 80 years and has operated a sales and service office in Moscow since 2001. A joint office with Krauss-Maffei has existed there since 2002.
