RPC Superfos (Taastrup / Denmark; www.rpc-superfos.com) celebrated the inauguration of its expanded plant in Gračanica / Bosnia-Herzegovina in May 2017 (see Plasteurope.com of 15.10.2015). The plastics packaging group RPC (Rushden / UK; www.rpc-group.com) invested a total of EUR 3.3m in the 12,000 m² plant, which contains more than 30 injection moulding machines. RPC acquired the site in December 2013 after taking over former injection moulder Helioplast (see Plasteurope.com of 14.01.2014). Since then, factory turnover has almost doubled.

The packaging group has also strengthened its decorating capabilities in China. RPC Ace (Hong Kong / China; www.rpc-ace.com) has also opened a new production hall at its site in Zhuhai, Guangdong, which is now equipped with a third electro-plating line, an automatic line for water- and solvent-based spray painting for automotive parts and several injection moulding machines.
