Subsidiaries PET Power and M&H Plastics strengthen presence in Germany
Dutch injection stretch blow moulding specialist PET Power (Etten-Leur; www.petpower.eu) and M&H Plastics (Beccles / UK; www.mhplastics.com), both subsidiaries of plastics packaging group RPC (Rushden / UK; www.rpc-group.com), have announced an increased local presence in Germany. Since 1 August, Susanne Hyslop and Marc Pethke are permanently based in Travemünde and Kaufbeuren, respectively, and Guido Eijsermans will manage the key local and international accounts for German companies.
At the beginning of 2015, RPC took over PET Power, a manufacturer of PET as well as SAN or PMMA bottles, jars and caps, to extend its portfolio for cosmetics, personal care and food applications (see Plasteurope.com of 18.02.2015).
With almost 700 employees, M&H produces a similar product range as PET Power in two factories in the UK and the USA. RPC acquired the company at the end of 2013 (see Plasteurope.com of 18.12.2013).
