After more than 10 years of “loose cooperation”, technical compounds producer Romira (Pinneberg / Germany; www.romira.de) in July appointed Mário Coelho Quimica (Porto / Portugal; www.mariocoelho.com) as its market development partner for Portugal. The family-owned distributor will be marketing the German company’s portfolio across the Iberian Peninsula.
Founded in 1972, Mário Coelho Quimica is part of MC Group, a company that caters to the Portuguese and Spanish markets. Romira is the engineering plastic compounds business of German Rowa Group (Pinneberg; www.rowa-group.com).
