Converters with production plants in Central and Eastern Europe can now call upon the services of Resinex Holding N.V. According to the company, the subsidiaries set up in Central and Eastern Europe in January have become firmly established on their local markets over the first six months of operation. The sister companies of Resinex Deutschland GmbH (Sandwiesenstr. 27, D-64665 Alsbach-Hähnlein) each have their own national warehouses.

The individual subsidiaries are as follows: Resinex Hungary Kft (Ramosca ulca 13, H-111118 Budapest), Resinex CS S.r.o. (Pratelstvi 555, CZ-10400 Prague), Resinex Polska S.p.z.o.o. (ul. Nadrzeezna 16, PL-05-551 Wolka Kosowska), Resinex J.S.Z.a.o. (Prospect Mira, RUS-129626 Moscow). Commercial agencies are located in Bulgaria – Resinex NV (19, Kr. Sarafov St., BG-1421 Sofia) – and in Moscow.

With the acquisition of the distribution rights for the thermoplastic elastomers and rubbers of DuPont Dow Elastomers SA (European HQ: CH-1218 Le Grand-Saconnex) in Eastern and Central Europe, plus former distribution staff from this company, the subsidiaries got off to a successful start in January 1998, reports Resinex. Since March, engineering and general-purpose plastics from The Dow Chemical Company (Midland, MI 48674 / USA) have been added to the new subsidiaries' portfolios. Resinex additionally markets the full supply range of Ravago Plastics N.V. (B-2370 Arendonk) in all areas of Europe. In this way, Resinex Holding, which itself forms part of the globally active Ravago Group, has subsidiaries all over the European continent.
