Indian waste commerce company Recykal (Hyderabad, Telangana; www.recykal.com) recently launched Circularity Marketplace, an internet-based platform that helps buyers who require small to large volumes of recycled materials.

According to the company, the portal will enable buyers to source reliable and ethically sourced recycled material from Recykal’s Marketplace, which has a “network of hundreds” of sellers who could fulfil buyers’ demand for recycled materials.
It said the marketplace will ensure that there is a connection between the kind of recycled materials required for the right performance of products and packaging function at targeted dosage. The quantity of minimum orders is also flexible, and the marketplace caters also to all sizes of various brands. The brands can trace their products’ sources to the origin with robust digital tracking systems.

The following materials can be sourced from the marketplace: post-consumer recycled plastics, compounded recycled plastics for select industries, rPET, rHDPE, rPP, recycled paper, and recycled metals.
These materials, the company adds, are to be made from seven sources: post-consumer recycled material, post-industrial waste, ocean-bound materials, nearshore fishing nets and coastal line waste, waste from waterways and rivers, and mountain-bound averted material.
