Ravago Chemicals Hellas (Schimatari / Greece; www.ravagochemicals.com/gr), a subsidiary of Belgian compounder and distributor Ravago (Arendonk; www.ravago.com), has finalised the integration of Greek distributor Delta Chemicals' (Athens; www.deltachemicals.gr) chemicals division. The measure has been approved by the regional authorities. Ravago says that by consolidation of both businesses, it now has a solid base in Greece with Delta Chemicals as its partner.

Delta Chemicals is continuing its operations, with a focus on the plastics division. According to Delta Chemicals, it distributes to more than 1,000 companies in Greece and the Balkan region, and has customers in the plastics, coatings, pigments, insulation, packaging and cables sectors. Polyurethanes are under the company's chemicals division, which includes TDI, additives for soft and hard foam, flame retardants and polyester polyols. The distributor also has an office in Bucharest / Romania.
