The latest polymer prices can now be imported directly into your company’s database via an API link – thanks to PlE’s new product, PDS – Price Delivery Solution.

With the help of PDS, customisable information on primary product, contract, and spot prices for more than 170 different types of plastics trading – including European and Chinese weekly and monthly price ranges for standard and engineering thermoplastics and respective regranulate variants – can be transferred directly from the Plasteurope.com database to company systems such as SAP. Automatic access to PIE’s Plastixx indices has also been made possible. The data can be supplied in Excel (.xls), .json, or .csv formats.  

PDS is particularly suitable for companies that have a high purchasing volume at several (international) locations and want to feed the resin trade types directly and automatically into their business-intelligence solution. The polymer price information is supplied directly via an easy-to-configure API interface – this ensures that all data is always up to date. So, it’s safe to say that transmission errors are a thing of the past with PIE’s PDS – Price Delivery Solution. 

The costs for PDS depend, among other things, on the number of trading types and indices selected.
