Additional production line for flexible packaging in Russia
Polypak (Zheleznogorsk / Russia) is adding capacity for the production of flexible packaging for chemical products and building materials. The company is installing a new extrusion line for three-layer PE films and another printing press. The subsidiary unit of Gotek (Zheleznogorsk) is investing around EUR 4.6m in the line, which is to increase annual output by 2,700 t. Startup is scheduled for January or February 2018.
The extruder is supplied by German machinery producer Reifenhäuser (Troisdorf; www.reifenhauser.com).
