European plastics processors are invited to assess their polymer suppliers’ performance in the online customer satisfaction survey provided by 15 May 2024. Participation is confidential and free of charge.
The alliance said results will be announced at the annual meeting of the European Plastics Converters (EuPC, Brussels; www.plasticsconverters.eu) in Brussels on 11 June 2024.
Processors can register for an account to access the rating tool. There are 10 supplier categories by polymer type, covering HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PET, PVC, ABS, EPS & polystyrene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, and barrier polymers.
The awards focus on delivery reliability, product quality, communication, commitment to the European market, innovation, and circularity. The alliance added that there will also be a decarbonisation award that is overarching across all grades.
