Distributing Nhat Huy's calcium carbonate masterbatches in Europe
Poly-IQ (Cologne / Germany; www.poly-iq.com) has become the exclusive distributor of Nhat Huy Group’s (Hanoi / Vietnam; http://nhathuygroup.com.vn) calcium carbonate masterbatches in Europe. In addition to its use as a filler in PVC compounds and colour masterbatches, the material also finds application in the plastics, paint, cosmetics and agriculture segments, Poly-IQ said.

A leading producer of calcium carbonate masterbatch approved for food contact, Nhat Huy has nameplate capacity of 36,000 t/y for the material. The Vietnamese company also manufactures PVC compounds, in addition to marble, minerals and engineered quartz, sourced from its own limestone quarries and independently processed.
