Igor Tikhonov is next general director of Russian PP producer

On 23 May 2018, Igor Tikhonov assumed the position of general director at Poliom, the PP joint venture of the Russian groups Gazprom-Neft (St. Petersburg; www.gazprom-neft.com), Sibur (Moscow; www.sibur.com) and Titan (Omsk; www.titan-omsk.ru). He succeeds Pavel Evdokimov, who will continue to work at Sibur. Prior to this, Tikhonov was deputy general director – chief engineer at Poliom.
He joined the PP producer in 2007, when the PP plant in Omsk was still in the construction phase. Poliom commissioned the third gas-phase reactor for its PP plants in Omsk, near the border with Kazakhstan, at the beginning of this year – see Plasteurope.com of 12.01.2018.
