POLIMOON
Name changed to Promens
Polimoon’s name has been changed to Promens (Kopavogur / Iceland; www.promens.com) following its acquisition by the Icelandic company in December 2006 (see Plasteurope.com of 03.01.2007).

Promens, which claims to be the world’s largest rotational moulding group, said it has brought all its operations together under one name, simplifying and strengthening its communications and brand.

“Over the last two years Promens has grown significantly,” said president and CEO
Ragnhildur Geirsdottir. “We have entered new business segments and we can offer all plastic conversion methods from one organisation.”
