Compounder PoliMarky (Rzeszów / Poland; www.polimarky.pl) has brought a new production plant into operation in Zaczernie near Rzeszów, reports the Polish industrial development agency ARP (Warsaw; www.europark.arp.pl).
This second plant would supplement PoliMarky’s existing compounding facility for engineering thermoplastics in nearby Rzeszów. When contacted by Plasteurope.com, the company declined to disclose any details.
PoliMarky reportedly intends to manufacture polyolefin-based compounds at its new location – the plant’s capacity has not been disclosed. The investment project was launched in 2017 and amounts to around PLN 39m (EUR 9m), with EU subsidies accounting for approximately one third of this.
