Balda acquires all of Malaysian joint venture
German injection moulding group Balda (Bad Oeynhausen; www.balda.de) is buying out its partner, Thong Fook Electronics, in the 50:50 joint venture Balda- Thong Fook Solutions (Ipoh / Malaysia). The share purchase is being transacted through Balda Investments Singapore. Financial details have not been disclosed. In fiscal 2005, Balda-Thong Fook Solutions had sales equivalent to EUR 33.6m.
