Wavin takes majority in Polish jv
Wavin BV (PO Box 173, NL-8000 AD Zwolle), which claims to be Europe's largest manufacturer of plastic pipe systems, has increased its stake in its joint venture with the Polish state, Wavin Metalplast Buk, to 77% from 41%. The Polish firm is one of the country's leading producers of plastic pipe systems.
