Wavin increases share in Polish factory

Wavin BV (PO Box 173, NL-8000 AD Zwolle) has increased its share in its Polish pipe subsidiary Wavin Metalplast-Buk from 41% to 77%. The remaining shares are held by the Polish state and the factory's employees. Wavin took over part of the company in 1991.
