Royal Ten Cate: Sales of subsidiaries to Wavin

The Dutch companies Viplex bv (Nijverdal) and Schinkel Schouten bv (Waddinxveen), subsidiaries of Royal Ten Cate nv (NL-7600 GD Almelo), are to be sold to Wavin bv (NL-7700 AC Dedemsvaart). This is another step in Royal Ten Cate's strategic reorganization. Viplex produces plastic pipe systems, and Schinkel Schouten is a commercial business specializing in such areas as household technology. With 150 employees the two companies have a turnover of NLG 70m.
