Deceuninck takes window marketing stake

Belgian window and building profile manufacturer Deceuninck NV (B-8830 Hooglede-Gits; www.deceuninck.com) has taken a 4.95% share in Huis Clos (F-76100 Rouen; www.huisclos.fr). The French group is a marketing and distribution specialist focusing on window and door replacement. Alongside headquarters in Rouen, Huis Clos has 50 distribution sites. Sales in 2000 are expected to exceed EUR 53m.
