US fund buys into Belgium´s Deceuninck

US-based First Eagle DSoGen Funds has acquired 5.14% of the shares of Belgium´s Deceuninck group (B-8330 Hooglede-Gits; www.deceuninck.com), globally active producer of PVC window and building profiles. The funds belong to US investment group Arnhold & Bleichroeder. Other large shareholders in Deceuninck are Dasco (15.59%) and Plastec International (25.42%).
