Kendrion sells Van Niftrik to Polynorm
At the end of April, industrial conglomerate Kendrion (HQ: NL-3704 HD Zeist; www.kendrion.com) sold its automotive subsidiary Kendrion Van Niftrik (NL-4645 ZG Putte) to automotive supplier Polynorm (NL-3750 GA Bunschoten; www.polynorm.com). Polynorm is a subsidiary of steel and engineering group voestalpine (A-4020 Linz; www.voest.com). Plans for the sale were announced in February. Van Niftrik, which employs 250, has annual sales of around EUR 40m and manufactures plastic parts for the automobile industry.
