Visitor numbers in Kielce break record / Show hailed as great success / Half of exhibitors from outside Poland
The organiser of Poland’s 20th International Fair of Plastics and Rubber Processing, “Plastpol”, Targi Kielce (www.targikielce.pl), said the event attracted an unparalleled number of visitors. With 772 exhibitors, representing 32 countries, and displaying on some 32,000 m², the exhibition brought together 18,500 visitors, breaking the record set in 2015.
The largest group of exhibitors to the fair, held in Kielce / Poland from 17 to 20 May, was made up of German companies. Italians ranked second and there were many companies from Austria, Portugal and Turkey. There were also representatives from France, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, The Netherlands, Spain, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, the US, China, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, India and, for the first time, Mexico. International companies accounted for 50% of “Plastpol” exhibitors.
