A total of 680 exhibitors from 31 countries participated in the 15th “Plastpol international fair of plastics and rubber processing”, held in Kielce / Poland from 24 to 27 May 2011. A record number of visitors, 17,000, toured the event to meet leading companies from across the industry to discuss machinery and plastics processing and, for the first time at the gathering, gum products.

The fair showcased a wide range of machinery and ancillary equipment used in the plastic processing industry, including tools and moulds, plastics and components, recycling technologies and IT systems. Prizes were awarded to exhibitors in five categories: machines and appliances for plastic processing, tools and instrumentation for plastic processing, plastics and auxiliary materials, special techniques and technologies.
