Umbrella certification PolyCert adds German, French schemes to portfolio
PolyCert Europe (Brussels; www.polycerteurope.eu), a quality compliance programme for plastics processors, has approved another two certification schemes, which brings the number of such programmes on its platform to six.

PolyCert said it has approved the German certification programme DIN Certco (Berlin; www.dincertco.de) and France’s Laboratoire National De Métrologie et D’Essais (LNE, Paris; www.lne.fr).

DIN Certco provides two services for recycled content: DIN-Geprüft and flustix Recycled, which have been developed on the standards ISO 14021 and EN 15343.

LNE created the Incorporation of Recycled Plastics standard with Polyvia (Paris; www.polyvia.fr), and the Centre Technique Industriel de la Plasturgie et des Composites (Belignat; www.ct-ipc.com). Audits are performed by LNE under ISO 17065.
