Polymer Comply Europe (PCE, Brussels / Belgium; www.polymercomplyeurope.eu) is hosting a webinar on the “polynSPIRE” project (see Plasteurope.com of 23.10.2018) on 14 May 2020 from 11:00-12:30 CET. Organised on behalf of European Plastics Converters (EuPC, Brussels; www.plasticsconverters.eu) and titled “Demonstration of innovative technologies towards a more efficient and sustainable plastic recycling”, the webinar will focus on recycling and redesigning the plastics value chain, which is necessary for reusing plastics and reducing landfilling.
Representatives from the plastics value chain, regulatory affairs managers, government regulators, consultants, trade associations, service providers, NGOs and academics are invited to attend. Questions for the Q&A session can be submitted before 12 May at 12:00 CET.
EuPC recently sent a request to the European Commission for a postponement of the single-use plastics directive in view of the Covid-19 pandemic (see Plasteurope.com of 09.04.2020).
