Elopak introduces new brand for aseptic filling lines
Norway's Elopak (www.elopak.com) and Germany's aseptic filling specialist alfill Engineering, Hamburg (www.alfill.com), have mutually agreed to dissolve their joint-venture Elopak-alfill GmbH. The JV was founded in 2000 to develop, build and market state-of-the-art filling machines for the markets of PET and HDPE bottles - a market sector not served by Elopak before, which ranks No. 3 in carton packaging in Europe. With the development beeing completed, Elopak now introduces the new brand Elofill as wholly owned part of its Elopak Plastic Systems division. Elofill can handle all aspects of complete filling lines for plastic bottles, says Elopak.
