Greiner Packaging sells 50% of toolmaker to Haidlmair

Austrian packaging group Greiner Packaging (www.greiner-gpi.com), Kremsmünster, is selling 50% of compatriot tool manufacturer Mould & Matic Solutions (MMS, www.mouldandmatic.com), Micheldorf, to Haidlmair (www.haidlmair.at), Nussbach / Austria. Haidlmair claims to be world market leader for injection moulding tools for production of beverage crates, but also produces moulds for automotive components and other applications.
