Fagerdala invests in Polish PP-wood extrusion

Fa-Wood Deutschland, a subsidiary of foams producer Fagerdala Deutschland (www.fagerdala.de), Ohdrup, is investing EUR 4m in a new plant at Legnica / Poland. The facility set to go on stream in 2004 will have a workforce of 40 and produce extruded profiles for patios from PP with 70-80% natural fibre filling. Legnica will be the second Polish production site for the group company of Fagerdala World Foam (www.fagerdala.com). Fagerdala Izoblock produces at Katowice.
