Albemarle to hike PU flame retardant prices
US fine chemicals group Albemarle (Richmond, Virgina; www.albemarle.com) plans to increase prices in Europe for its "Anti-blaze" phosphorus-based polyurethane flame retardants by EUR 200/t, effective 1 December The flame retardants are used for both rigid foams and flexible foams.
