Michael Baumgartner new Europur secretary-general

Michael Baumgartner has been appointed the new secretary-general of the European Association of Flexible Foam Blocks Manufacturers (Europur, Brussels / Belgium; www.europur.com). He replaces Axel Kamprath.
Like his predecessor, Baumgartner will also act as secretary-general of the European Association of Manufacturers of Moulded Polyurethane Parts for the Automotive Industry (Euromoulders, Brussels / Belgium; www.euro-moulders.org). Baumgartner began training for position job in mid-November and is due to take over sole responsibility in early 2014.
In addition, Wolfram Frank has been appointed head of the technical committee, in charge of coordinating the activities of the different Europur working groups. He also acts as the association’s speaker when it comes to technical matters. Frank previously served as secretary-general of ISOPA – the European Diisocyanate and Polyol Producers Association (Brussels / Belgium; www.isopa.org).
