New CEO for Dutch plastic pipes producer Wavin
Henk ten Hove, current CEO of Dutch plastic pipe manufacturer Wavin (Zwolle; www.wavin.com) is to leave the company on 1 May 2013, and will be succeeded by executive vice president Maarten Roef, the company has announced. Ten Hove has served as chief executive since 2010, and oversaw the first phase of the company’s integration into Mexico’s Mexichem (Tlalnepantla; www.mexichem.com.mx) – see Plasteurope.com of 09.02.2012.
Roef, who has been a member of Wavin’s board since 2010 and previously managed the group’s business in the Benelux countries, Scandinavia and Germany, will take over all CEO responsibilities on 1 April 2013.
