HIP Petrohemija appoints new general manager

The supervisory board of Serbian petrochemical group HIP Petrohemija (Pancevo; www.hip-petrohemija.com) has appointed Milan Teofilovic as new general manager. Teofilovic was named special advisor to the company's board of directors in September 2009 and elected chairman of the supervisory board in April 2012, a position he resigned from upon being made general manager.
The supervisory board also elected Alexei Ageev as executive director of financial affairs and Vladimir Koprisek as director of production.
