On 1 January 2012, a new man took over at the helm of German precision injection moulder Balda (Bad Oeynhausen; www.balda.de). Following the decision of former CEO and sole board member Rainer Mohr to step down, his shoes have been filled by Dominik Müser, who most recently served as partner in a leading consultancy and has acted as CEO for a number of different companies. In his new capacity, Müser will not only oversee future strategy, he will also serve as Balda’s CFO, tasked with all matters related to finance, law and administration.

Another new addition to the board is James Lim, former CEO of Balda’s Malay subsidiary. In his new role as COO, Lim will oversee production, sales and development.
