Wanhua CEO Ding to serve as BorsodChem CEO in 2012

On 1 January 2012, Jiasheng Ding, CEO of parent company Wanhua Industrial (Yantai, Shandong / China; http://en.wanhuagroup.com), will add to his responsibilities at BorsodChem (Kazincbarcika / Hungary; www.borsodchem-group.com). Aside from his current post as the Hungarian group’s chairman, Ding will also take over as CEO of the PVC and isocyanate manufacturer. Current CEO Wolfgang Büchele will move on to the helm of Finnish water purification specialist Kemira Oyj (Helsinki; www.kemira.com).
