Sabic appointed country leaders across Europe / New structure for polyolefins and engineering plastics business
Sabic (Riyadh / Saudi Arabia; www.sabic.com) has appointed country leaders across Europe to improve its service to customers and establish a closer cooperation between its business and sales operations. The company said the new structure will ensure a common approach across its polyolefins, engineering thermoplastics and chemicals businesses, focused on supporting the needs of local markets.

“By bringing the existing business and sales organisations literally under one roof across our European sales network, we will be in a much better position to provide customers with coordinated access to the company’s full portfolio of materials and services,” explained Huub Meessen, VP for Europe. The new structure will also help Sabic connect with the relevant plastics organisations, he said.
The unified team will be able to provide multi-product customers with complementary services, including referrals across product lines, Meessen added.
